justgetfit Burpees (let alone on the TRX) may be daunting, but you can always adapt the exercise to your level. Check out these 3 TRX burpee progressions. Choose the version that works for you. Start with 8 reps, making your way up to 15 reps. This is a great way to progressively add more intensity and core stability to your workout. For all of these options, 1 foot is anchored into the TRX handles with the other foot initiating movement.

1️⃣ Controlled pace burpee pushup to stand

2️⃣ Fast pace burpee with pushup to jump

3️⃣ Burpee with support foot elevated off the ground. Add Tuck in after pushup to jump.

justgetfit No matter the time of day or how busy we are, we can make the time to fit in a good workout, even a short but efficient one. The key is to get creative and change things up to stay fresh and motivated.
Went for the big guns and challenged myself in a workout I'm not accustomed to but loved it! - using battle ropes or the whiplashXT rope.

1️⃣ 5 double hand rope slams with jump squat
2️⃣ 10 alternating rope slams with jump to iso lunge
3️⃣ 5 single hand rope slam with push-up
Complete 3 rounds of the circuit. 45-60sec for each exercise. 30 sec break between exercises. 60 sec between rounds.

justgetfit The most portable, versatile and effective pieces of equipment - gliders. Try this plank / upper body strength combo circuit. For this kind of workout I like to time vs count reps to be able to focus on form.
Complete 3 rounds of these 3 exercises back to back. 60 sec each. (30 sec / side for the last one). Minimal to no break between exercises. 60 sec break between rounds.
1️⃣ Glider tuck in + bicep to shoulder press
2️⃣ Glider mountain climbers X6 + renegade rows X2
3️⃣ Glider plank knee to elbow (externally rotating hip) + knee to opposite elbow (internally rotating hip)
