justgetfit The BOSU is one of my faves for working the core, especially balance. Plank variations like these force you to work both sides individually so you're stronger side doesn't always compensate. Try keeping your body and the BOSU as still as you can when performing these exercises

1️⃣ Knee to outside elbow x20
2️⃣ Knee to opposite elbow x20 **keep the BOSU as flat and still as possible.
3️⃣ March to push-up (touch chest to BOSU) x10/side

justgetfit You do not always need an hour to get a good full body workout. Can't stress quality over quantity enough. If you're efficient and make the most of your time, you can definitely achieve it in half the time. How? - Combine upper/ lower body functional exercises, move in different movement planes, and engage the core all the way through. Try this one out ️ Grab a challenging DB (10-20lb)
1️⃣ Start with the lower body combo:
Reverse lunge to lateral lunge x10/side. Repeat.

2️⃣ Add the upper body component:
Reverse lunge + overhead press to Lateral lunge + bent over row x10/side. Repeat. •
*️⃣ *️⃣*️⃣ Choose a DB that is tough but that you are able to press overhead and row with proper form for 10 reps. •

justgetfit Don't wait for the weekend to get your warrior workout in! Try this pyramid style circuit which focuses on your BACK, SHOULDERS, QUADS, GLUTES and of course CORE.. and will get your heart rate pumping all at the same time:

Holding a set of dumbbells (5-10lbs depending on your level), complete these 3 exercises back to back :
2 renegade rows
2 shoulder presses
2 squats
Increase your reps by 2 each time until you get to 10 reps of each. Then go back down making a pyramid. So your reps look like this:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2.
No breaks here guys. Work right through to the last round and you'll be sweating and get stronger all around before you know it 🏼🏼😈
