  •   justdoryan @sfgiants9erloyal hey Chris sorry for the late reply. Creatine is a supplement that a lot of body builders use to help them gain weight. Your body will retain a lot of fluid if you start taking it. If you do take it, make you sure workout, so you can "utilize" the extra creatine that your muscle are getting. If not, you'll just retain them as extra fluid weight. Also don't be conscious about "losing" weight if you workout crazy because your body is building muscle which weighs more than fat (it's just numbers).
