joyoushealth Here is a list of non-dairy sources of calcium for those who can't or choose not to drink/eat milk products. Rest assured you can get enough calcium from a diet in a wide variety of foods plus other bone building nutrients including magnesium, vitamin K, D etc. I do suggest supplementation for those who don't get enough sunshine vitamin (d). Best to talk to your natural healthcare practitioner to find out the right dosage for you. joyoushealth Dinner was a gigantic flavourful antioxidant rich and fiber-rich veggie stir fry: snow peas, broccoli, green pepper, onion, tomato, brown rice.
