It's actually not the best scenario if we talk about environment, it's winter time and it's sunny and warm over here so there's something wrong... But hey.. I love the feeling of warming up in the sun! 😎️

joe4fit If you guys are wondering why I am not posting so far, here is the answer, I pulled a muscle right underneath my right scapula and since it attaches to the longus colli muscle, it hurts all the way up till the back of my head. I've been almost 3 weeks away from gym trying to fix this with massages and taping, now it seems like it's getting better, wish me a speedy recovery and see you soon with other updates!

Empty gym, only the strongest survived! Had an amazing NYE and first New Year's workout Day!

joe4fit Just one of my favorite back killer exercise!
It's not about the weight, it's how you move it!
For this exercise I love holding the weight and squeeze my back on purpose to maximize the contraction and this trick gave me a thick back over time! .

joe4fit Tired but satisfied! Killed those bad boys today with a shock workout.
One big mistake that people do is sticking to the same exercises for too long, don't forget that our body is made to get used to what we do, so one thing that you gotta keep in mind is that after about 4 weeks your body is not responding in the same way as when you first started so what you do is shocking it with something totally different, here's what I did today to shock my legs:
- 3 sets Leg extension 15 reps super set with leg press 8 reps than drop the weight and got other 8 reps (almost failure)
- 3 sets leg curl 15 reps super set with stiff leg deadlift 15 reps on the smith machine
- calves raise on the smith machine super set with raises bending over (Arnold style). Give this a try and let me know in the comments below what you think about it!

joe4fit X FRAME!
I've always strived for that X frame look!
As a tall athlete (6,3ft) is not easy to develop big legs and arms since they're very long leverages! It took me years of sacrifices to get them where they are now and it's still a long way to go! So many times I felt like quitting for not seeing the results that I wanted to see, so many times I asked myself "am I doing the right thing?!" or "should I do this or that?!", but I think this is just part of the process that comes along with your mindset if you want to be successful! There's no perfection in this sport BUT we can all apply the principals that would lead us as close as possible and listening to yourself is one of those!
