•   runninmama26_2 Try to relax and enjoy the experience. A friend told me several years ago to think of the race as your 26.2 mile victory lap. It's your reward after all the hard training. Make sure you fuel and hydrate even when you aren't thirsty. Once you are depleted, there no fixing it. Finally, don't go out too fast no matter how good you feel in the early miles. jocesym Now that I finished the longest run in my #BMOVancouverMarathon Training and after watching the #bostonmarathon2016 the reality of it all is setting in. In less than two weeks I will be a #marathoner! It's terrifying and every day I question my ability to pull through even though I know my training has prepared me for it.
