jobrowski Of course there are always those nights the body isn't feeling the strength training as much as the head would like it too. Looks like it's time for some breath work. #FibroFierce #Yoga 3w

jobrowski Hard to believe a year ago I was living in brief community with fellow students and the Lutheran Deaconess community -- which is one of the coolest groups of ladies I know.
This week, now, I've had the opportunity to spend some of my last days in Costa Rica at an international summit on Worldwide Christian Revitalization. To hear stories of Jesuit priests living in slums under bridges, of motorcycle ministries, of ecumenical congregations run out of colleges and even a Lutheran church with such a social impact that people have begun to question whether they are a church or an NGO... gives me hope, but moreover perspective on the type of work God is doing in the world. When one's eyes are looking in the rigjt place, its easy to see God is truly the best Shepherd, seeking out the lost and hurting.
