jmitchell238 So I am excited to say that today is #Staturday and it also is a a pretty big day as far as my progress goes. I have not yet reached my goal but I am getting close. Less than a year ago I stepped on the scale one morning and saw 196 and knew it was time for a change. I wasn't logging my weight at the time because it was an embarrassment to myself. I also have been extremely good at hiding my weight and sucking it in. I however couldn't lie to my myself with being tired and exhausted all the time. So the change began with portion control on my meals and eventually changed into slowly controlling more of what I did and didn't eat. Until finally I began to slowly begin to work out. And recently I began a more intense workout regime. This morning my scale read 165.9 pounds. Over 30 pounds and in somewhere down to 19% body fat from beginning at 26% when I began to track it. I'm excited and happy but I'm not done yet. I've got a long way still to go and it's really starting to get tough now. It is totally worth it though. 1w
  •   cole_217 Congrats but I need to know your secret! I'm about 205 right now 1w
  •   jmitchell238 @cole_217 Secret? Haha getting up at 6:30 in the morning every day and working my butt off and watching everything I eat. No sodas period. Only a few times a week I'll drink sweet teas and I drink a little over a case of waters a week. Haha that's about as far as my secret goes. It's painful every morning. 1w
  •   fit4life.24 Good job @jmitchell238 you'll thank yourself in the long run for doing this...trust me! 1w

jmitchell238 Monumental. Today was the first day after weeks of working out that I legitimately felt I could mark 'Nailed it' under my workout calendar. Every day I've made it to the end and marked 'Barely Made It' because I have to modify some moves or I am unable to keep up at times or whatever reason. I give my all but I know I haven't Nailed the workout... But today I felt like I was on point. Kept up with every move, never modified, never fell behind, felt like I was going to have a heart attack for a few moments but I did it. Now tomorrow is "Lower Focus" so it'll probably be another "Barely Made It" but as for today..... I CELEBRATE!!!!!! 2w

jmitchell238 In the midst of all my exercise post and images in a good time to remind myself and all of 1 Timothy 4:8. Yes our bodies are the temple of the Holy Ghost and we should keep it as good of shape as we can but if we are in tip top shape and we end up in hell and never win a soul.... What good has it done? If we exercise and get our bodies fit, let be sure it's so we can use it to further the Gospel and make sure God can use us even more. 3w

jmitchell238 Definitely feeling ignored. 3w
  •   jmitchell238 Hey to you too @klhg1347 ... @justinrmichael Oh Snap, ya got me! True true. 3w
  •   lindalee_90 Worst feeling ever. Especially when you know that person always has their phone on them. 3w
  •   splitend89 You're definitely weird. Lol. But the good kind. 3w
  •   asober91 I loathe that feeling... @jmitchell238 3w
  •   courtney22 What about being ignored then 5 minutes later you see a Facebook status posted by that same person haha. That always kills me lol @jmitchell238 3w
  •   jmitchell238 That most definitely qualifies @courtney22 . I feel you're frustration from here and it's rubbing off! Haha! 3w
  •   jmitchell238 @asober91 me too! -- @splitend89 thanks brother! Lol the feeling is reciprocated. -- @lindalee_90 yeah how about when they text the person you're with after not texting you? New level of low? 3w
  •   lindalee_90 @jmitchell238 That is horrible. And I have had it happen. What about when you are out in town and see someone, text them, and watch them read the text just to close their phone? Had it happen to me. But if you ignore them, it's like you committed murder. 3w
