jlee_rd Ending my hump day deliciously with some pasta sauce eaten straight outta the spaghetti squash For da bowl:
•preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
•cut a medium sized spaghetti squash in half lengthwise
•scoop out the seeds
•place squash cut side down on a baking sheet, add some water to the pan (helps to prevent it from burning)
•bake for 30-45 minutes until fork tender
•fill squash with pasta sauce and get your nomnom on
