Tabata (20secs work 10 secs rest) assault bike - manage to only get 20 cals
200m row "Friday Strength"
(5 rounds-ascending weight)
6 hang power clean
6 reverse lunges
6 push press
6 front squats
6 high pull
6 romanian deadlifts
*DO NOT drop the bar!!! 100m row sprint, it is so hard to get under 20sec but 22 is closed enough 😀

10 front squats with 17kg (2 rounds)

10 lunges (5 each leg) (tabata - 8 rounds with 20secs work 10secs rest)
Abmat Sit ups
Flutterkicks
