jess_adelle STRAWBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES Ingredients
1 full scoop Strawberry OxyWhey Protein 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
3 eggs
1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla & Almond Extract
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients with a fork until well blended in a medium sized bowl. Add eggs and milk using a hand blender until batter-like consistency.
Make a test pancake to check for desired thickness and texture.
