jennapardini Mood. // 😴 especially after a tough workout. Today I incorporated a bosu ball with each exercise (full body) to improve core strength and stability.
Try this (each exercise using a stability/bosu ball): pike to push up, hamstring curl, bulgarian split squat, feet elevated tricep dips, forearm elevated plank, lateral leg lift & last but not least a single leg tricep kickbacks. I ranged from 10-15 reps with barely any rest in between. If you need help visualizing each exercise @bodybuildingcom is a great resource! #happytraining 🏼
