jenellesummers 1/4 Avocado, 2 hardboiled eggs, red sweet peppers, & ~ 2.5T hummus on top of a baked Ezekiel wrap w/a sprinkle of RF Feta 🏻️. Yumm or Yukk ?? It's ~450 calories & I ate the whole thing as 1 of my small meals but whether you should or not depends on YOUR goals & nutritional needs given your age, activity level, height, weight, the amount of muscle you have, etc.
Hubby loved it too! No, my pre-teen son wasn't excited by this ️ but it's easy to make different healthy versions🏻

jenellesummers I needed to NOT do high impact today. But no impact/low impact can still be #HIGHintensity & very effective🏻 This is cardio & lower body in 1 #sweatfest workout.
I did 5 min warmup (on the spin bike), then 2 min #spin bike intervals followed by 30 reps of each exercise shown, for 3 rounds of each️ 30 reverse lunges (15 each leg) ~56lb barbell
2 min high intensity spin (or other cardio)
REPEAT 3X️ 30 Weighted Sumo Squats
2 min high intensity spin (or other cardio)
REPEAT 3X️ 30 #RomanianDeadlifts
2 min High Intensity Spin (or other cardio)
REPEAT 3X️ 30 Hamstring Slide Pulls (15 ea leg)
2 min High Intensity Spin (or other cardio)
REPEAT 3X️ If you only have 30min, just do the first two (reverse lunges & sumo squat) sets & do the other two tomorrow 🏻 STRETCH & DRINK Whey + BCAAs 🏻

How often do you replace your shoes?? If you're using them daily for pretty much all your workouts, I think you should be replacing them at least once every quarter. You'll feel it in your knees or have foot problems if you don't. They're part of my #workattire & #businessexpense so I buy more often

I've practiced & practiced & am still coming in at 50minutes. It's hard to cover such a HUGE topic in 40 minutes but I absolutely CANNOT go over as I'd be cutting into big sister @chalenejohnson 's time!! She speaks right after me (I'm just SO HAPPY I don't have to speak after HER). Her presentations are always FREAKIN AMAZING! See you there my #fitfriends!

Ok I'm not advocating these things as everyday, 100% clean foods to eat.. BUT hubby & I are headed to #CoachSummit & have a very busy schedule so we may not have time to grocery shop or access to food when we need it while there ..& I #fearhunger So this is some of what I've packed in case it helps anyone else .. I hope we'll be able to pick up some other essentials like fruit & unsweetened almond milk once there 🏻 🏻️Yes, I pack tuna packets if I need protein & at least have access to some greens or bread (I love salads & sandwiches). And yes, I pack #sugarfree vanilla creamers & yes, I know they're not clean but I'll survive
