It's classic, @chalenejohnson is in her ELEMENT with very aggressive make-up application, which may or may not be correct technique🤔. I was scared. jenellesummers Would you be up for this #cardiosesh to get outside today/this week??️ It's intense if you run your 1/2 miles like you're racing, but it's less intense & a longer workout if you jog. Pick your intensity! It took me about 7 minutes per round so ~28min total. I just had to be out in this gorgeous weather today️! Hopefully you can too this week! 13h

jenellesummers When you need to get in a lift & #cardioHIIT all in one, this works!! Choose 3 high intensity moves & choose 3 strength exercises. Alternate 1 minute of cardio then 1 minute of strength (start heavy but if needed, pick up a lighter weight to get thru the minute without breaks)...and go thru all 6 things for 3 rounds️! You'll be done in 20 min! 4d

jenellesummers 1. Don't buy itYou don't need to have such great discipline to not eat/drink something.. you need the discipline to stop buying it. You say your kids want it, but do they really need it???🤔 If yes, put it out of site
2. Distract. A lot of our cravings are VERY temporary & will go away in minutes, so go do something relaxing🏼 and get yourself out of the environment that's triggering you.
3. Drink water. You may just be thirsty! This one is MY downfall

When I first started Shakeology several years ago, I had it for dinner w/ a small salad. My evening eating was out of control at the time! I'd be done with work for the day & try to eat a healthy dinner but my cravings & stress-release-eating would take over😕. Shakeo helped me put an end to that bad habit. But even now, I still occasionally have Shakeology for dinner when I'm in a time crunch & off to one of my son's games or if I've been off track with eating all day. Saying "screw it" at night & ordering the pizzaor finishing off a box of cereal usually leads to regret (I only know from experience ). You feel less in need of splurges when you get the right nutrients in your body

jenellesummers Do u see that Mezzaluna salad chopper?? It's everything! I don't even LIKE some of these veggies, but finely chopped with some red wine vinegar & avocado.. It's like dessert!!! Well no, not really at all, but it's good! I got used to these chop salads while doing #theultimatereset & now I don't even need cheese!!🧀We got our double-blade #saladchopper from Amazon! jenellesummers Friday #cleaneating game strong!! Any Friday that doesn't include a whole pizza downed & a bad stomach ache & wondering why the hell I did that (again!!), is a win & deserves to be documented📸🏼️. Sure, I'll still have Pizza on occasion but the #ultimateReset I finished 2 weeks ago really helped me get back to the 90% clean eating I'm used to. (And yes, I worked out during the cleanse🤓. And no, it's not recommended but I upped my calories to accommodate it).
Between the Shakeology & salad here, there's 4 servings of veg's, 2 servings of fruit, & over 30g protein🏼

jenellesummers Perfectly peanut buttery snack I had this afternoon!🏻I found these Wasa wafers (25 calories each) which are a perfect compliment to peanut butters I that you taste straight PB (because all we care about is the PB, right?!! I sprinkled some toasted coconut pieces on top 🏻 If you ARE PB-obsessed, measure it out. This was 2 tablespoons but I could've EASILY had 4 tablespoons with NO PROBLEM & in DENIAL that it was that much but I know that's more than my 5'5" body needs for a snack. #knowyourneeds

jenellesummers Leg Day today included the following!🏻Matt & I did them as supersets so there was no break in between. We ended up doing 3 sets of everything (8-16 reps depending on weight & exercise) and it took us about an hour:
• Cable leg lifts • Hip thrusts on bench
• Weighted Bulgarian Split Lunges
• Hamstring curls w/ball
• Weighted Step ups
• Romanian Deadlifts
• Weighted Squats (not shown)
• Speed Skaters (not shown)
• Weighted Sumo Squats (not shown)
• Weighted Hamstring Curl (not shown)
• Weighted Leg Extensions (not shown)
• Crawling out of #homegym (not shown)

I usually do this once a week & about half of it once a week, but have been out of my routine lately! Feels GOOD to be back at it!
