jaybreese 200° Water, 56g course ground coffee. Bloom for 45 seconds. Pour to 950g over a period of about 4 minutes. Pour in to cup. Refrigerate any leftovers. Tonight add vanilla almond milk, a little cocoa powder, a little sugar. Mail thank you cards soon, to beat the holiday rush. 2mon
