jamaltogia Last few sets of the workout I like to swing a little lol. Shoulders were toasty by this exercise. Behind the back lateral cable extension. New move to my arsenal. jamaltogia In honor of back and bicep day. A 9 month transformation. I really didn't notice a difference until I was scrolling through my old iPhone and saw the top pic. That was taken when I first got my gym membership at #fitness19miraloma I was 225 lbs and still chubby. Bottom is 250lbs a lot leaner but with a lot more muscle. Crazy what hard work, determination, and calorie counting can get you still ain't done gonna get rid of more fat and pack on more muscle. Not gonna lie it was a hassle to fit in a workout some times, due to work and other obligations but I cut the excuses, motivated myself and got in the gym. #aintstoppinhere shoutout to @wholesalenutritioncenter for the great supplements at a great price. jamaltogia Leg day!!! After 5 weeks of no back squats, so excited to jump back in there. Had to take off time due to tight hips, so @cmoprea and I focused of #flexibility and #mobility . 1. Walking lunges: 1 set = 15 steps there and back. 3 sets warm up, 4 working sets with weight.
2. Sumo squats w/weight
3. Leg press: heavy
4. Leg extensions
5. Leg curls
6. Seated calf raises
7. Standing calf raises
8. DB dead lift
9. Lower back extension
10. Glute and hamstring kick back *4 sets heavy weight till failure*
