jacquiecooks Finally got some #patbingsu today. This one had red beans, mochi, peaches, corn flakes, condensed milk, a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. 2d

  •   jacquiecooks @theculinaryfour Just make sure the pan is hot when you pour the batter in, so that the bottom becomes nice and crispy. When you flip it over, add a little more oil along the edge to crisp up that side as well. 19h
