Recipe: cook 1/2 cup quinoa in 1/2 cup vegetable broth and 1/2 cup water. Once cooked, combine with 1/2 cup edamame, 1/2 cup corn, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 minced glove of garlic. Add salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Pancakes: 1 scoop @pescience Snickerdoodle protein powder, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 3 tbsp oat flour, 1/4 cup pumpkin purée, 1/3 cup liq egg whites, 2/3 cup almond milk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Filling/topping is Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla extract, cinnamon, stevia and a dash of almond milk. Happy pumpkin season!

Pesto: 3/4 cup fresh basil, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup walnuts, 2 garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Grind in food processor, slowly adding in olive oil as ingredients emulsify. Face plant. #caprese #italian #pesto #salad
