j_vespa Taking a break from stuffing my face with protein pancakes and waffles every morning. Back to ProOats! Heat 1/3 cup old fashioned oats stove top with 1/3 cup milk of choice and 1/3 cup water. When almost cooked, whisk in 1/3 cup liq egg whites and 1 tbsp protein powder. Add another dash of milk as needed. Top with fruit, chia seeds, nuts, almond butter or whatever tickles your fancy 2w
