irvgarcia To anyone needing some motivation, the pictures on the top are a year separated from the ones at the bottom (August 9, 2014-August 9, 2015). I feel disgusted looking at myself a year ago, but that day was an important day for me. I made myself a big commitment that day. I told myself that I was going to physically be a whole different person a year from then. At first I wasn't doing things exactly the right way, I just figured that I had to train with fire in my eyes every single day and never let go of my goal no matter what. My genetics had always been bad and no matter how hard I worked out, I never got the results I wanted. I had been working out for 4 years, wrestling for 3 years, and always trying to eat the "healthier" foods. None of that was enough. I realized that for me to reach my goal, I would have to work harder than most people, but I wasn't going to give up on my commitment regardless of my disadvantages. Around March, I began to track every calorie I ate and then eventually began my three month cut on May 9. The results: I went from 179lbs to 158lbs in 3 months. I am not where I want to be yet, and honestly I don't know when I'll be satisfied, but I do know that next year I will only be better. Stay motivated guys and don't ever lose sight of your aspirations. P.S.
