My name is Luke, I started bodybuilding in 2011 when I gained over 61lbs of fat due to new medication for a brain tumour. I had the tumour removed and haven't suffered any side affects from the surgery at all. My goal is to inspire others and compete in bodybuilding. I have made a YouTube video on the tumour and my journey through bodybuilding (the link to my video is on my page) thank you.

instafit24_ @Reyni04 lost 20+LBs eating the healthy way and working out. I would try to lose weight by not eating or skipping meals. I am even ashamed to say that I even went online and looked for easy way out and I tried laxatives. I did lose the weight but would always gain it back and it was destroying my body.
Now my goal is not losing weight. Fit/strong is the new skinny! have had bumps in the road but I continued with my journey and lost 22lbs eating healthy( 5 to 6 times a day) and exercising! Follow my fit/healthy journey!" @Reyni04

@defitness214 4 years ago I got pregnant & carried a little girl. 7 months later her heart just suddenly stopped beating. I had to give birth to my daughter and hold her breathless. 2 months later, I got pregnant again with a little boy. I was on bed rest the entire time and my son was born premature. I went from being 119 lbs to 220 lbs. I decided to change my life around when he was 2 months old. Now I'm a healthy 130lbs. I went from 54% body fat to 23% body fat. Just don't give up! You can do it too

From THE Netherlands 29 years old. Started My weightloss journey end 2012 and look where I Am now in 2014. Lost more than 35 kg from size 46 now 37 (16-6) I feel fit and healthy a totaly different lifestyle. Achieved My goal by just cleanfood and insane workout AT THE gym. No pills no supplements or wraps . Just believe and Achieve ! If I can do it you can do !

I've been on this journey for a year now and started at 218 lbs. It was constant fast food, constant junk food and constant drinking. I was destroying myself. I had high cholesterol and I was borderline diabetic. I had to change my ways - if not it was going to be a lifetime of medications and needles. I woke up one day and ended the viscous cycle. You have to love yourself. I changed my eating habits, began exercising and dropped 50 lbs! I'm now on a new chapter of my journey on becoming even more HEALTHIER and FIT. I want to help others, as well as inspire!
