imanijordan This morning I was not feeling it AT ALL, my body felt sore and tired and I've been feeling a little sick all week. I modified Insanity Max :30 and that's okay because I sweat like crazy and still got my workout in.
Did you get your workout in today? There still time left! It doesn't matter what you do, just get moving!

But today I made it up with 2 sessions of Insanity Max :30- one at before work and one after. By the second one I was dead but I secretly love Shaun T's torture !

imanijordan Thinking about my goals for this week and I automatically began to feel guilt about the cheat meal I indulged in today for dinner. I've come to realize that there will be bumps in my fitness journey, I am not perfect. But I do have goals that I need to reach that I am not going to give up on. Finding that perfect balance between indulging a bit and pushing for progress is hard but I am getting closer everyday.
So many of you ladies have goals that you think you can't reach. What you don't realize is that no one is perfect and we can reach our goals supporting and building each other up the whole way! My online challenge group is starting on April 27th. If you have fitness/health goals message me here or on Facebook so we can progress toward them together!

imanijordan Sitting in Central Park in a muscle tank bearing my arms and sides of my stomach was not my reality a couple of months ago. I felt WAY to insecure about my body and didn't have the confidence to wear what I wanted because of it. A few months ago I hit a point in my life in which I decided that enough was enough and I needed to change my body and my mindset toward health and fitness. I joined a online challenge group and here you have it! My results!
