imafreeman Well I decided to cross over to the other side and try out some bodybuilding. I've set national records in powerlifting and I plan on doing the same with bodybuilding. I couldn't have made this decision without being inspired by my boys @bigdq_24_7 and @alist86. I inspired them 10+ years ago to get into lifting and now they have repaid that back to me. TIPS
-work more of the angles that hit lacking areas
-keep elbows at 45 degree angle when benching
-quality versus quantity
-slow negatives, explosive positive
-each rep counts so act like it does

imafreeman If this can't be answered with a firm yes than you have some work to do. Take a good look and ask if you are focused on personal growth or selfish gratification. My fear is time to time I can't answer yes to this but I can assure you that everyday I'm fighting to not be a wasted potential. I'm building the character to have an impact on each and every person that I meet. All the failures, struggles, and mistakes will pay off. God only made one of you, make that person shine, be the person that has so much positive impact people can't help but to follow you. 7mon
