imafreeman If this can't be answered with a firm yes than you have some work to do. Take a good look and ask if you are focused on personal growth or selfish gratification. My fear is time to time I can't answer yes to this but I can assure you that everyday I'm fighting to not be a wasted potential. I'm building the character to have an impact on each and every person that I meet. All the failures, struggles, and mistakes will pay off. God only made one of you, make that person shine, be the person that has so much positive impact people can't help but to follow you. 3w

imafreeman Don't let the person you use to be continue to hold you back from the new and improved person you're going to be. It's very easy to say I have never been able to achieve or become what I promised myself. Just remember the more failures you have the closer you are to succeeding. It's all about who you become through the struggles and tribulations. Get over your past, that person is no longer you. Embrace the scars, they are the main ingredient in making the strongest version of yourself. 6mon

  •   imafreeman I would try hitting them twice a week. One workout concentrate on heavy, lower rep exercises like squats, sld, step-ups, lunges. The other should be geared towards higher rep exercises such as leg press, leg extension, leg curls, lunges. Try for 15 sets per workout, make sure you are well rested and pre-workout meal consumed 1 1/2 to 2 hrs before. Drink plenty of water before and during workout. Use walking and other forms or activity to help pump out the soreness. That ought to put some meat on them! @jeffgomez_0 5mon

imafreeman Being a trainer has it's perks. Clients become like family and take care of you. Both watches given to me by my wonderful clients @dammitdan02 @mrsoxman. They must want to make sure I don't go over the given time when they do their exercises. Love u guys 6mon

imafreeman Sat night trap attack!!! Here's 3 exercises I like to do as a triset. Combining these exercises will help with hitting the lower, middle, and upper traps. ️Shrugs - makes this your heavy set 6-8 reps, pause on top, keep your arms straight, and don't roll the shoulders ️Y raises - go light on these 10-15 reps, keep your chest high, reverse the Y slowly on the way down.
️Front to overhead plate raises - 15-20 reps, arms slightly bend, start at chest level and raise overhead.
Do these 3 exercises without any rest. Between sets take 1 min rest and repeat. Try 3-5 rounds.

imafreeman Pounding out the chest, got this workout done in 30 mins, this is what one of my chest workouts look like ️Flat bench 5/10,8,6,4,3
️Flat bench peal (this is one set that is a triple dropset) 3-4-8-10
️Incline bench 3/6 superset with Incline flies 3/10
️Push-ups 3/15 incline, 15 flat, 15 decline
Works for me, may not for you, try it out and see what happens
