ifuckinglovemydog After chunking out over vacation and taking some time off from diet and training (and competing) here's where I am at... Starting point. I would like to keep this condition in the offseason because I don't need to get fat to add muscle and the leaner I can stay the leaner I can ultimately be by showtime weather that is in October or next spring.... I'm getting better and better at this game called life 3mon

ifuckinglovemydog Getting tighter and tighter ... I started a preliminary carb load/refeed last night which will go through today will simple high GI Carbs. Carb numbers will be high like 700-1000g and will help replenish glycogen, boost metabolic rate and prevent slowdown from overdieting, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, It will give an idea of how many carbs I will carb up with on Friday.
I will spill over a few pounds from this but should be back to my baseline weight not later than Wednesday or early Thursday. French toast and lucky charms time !!!!

ifuckinglovemydog JUST HAD MY LAST CHEAT BEFORE SHOWTIME!! This was me immediately following a huge HUUUUGE calorie intake of junk. Had to make it count. Woke up today looking leaner and tighter than ever. Now comes the hard part. Carb depletion all week started today so I moved leg day up and made sure to take advantage of loaded glycogen stores and peak energy levels. Only one more leg day before my show, next Sunday at the beginning of peak week. focus focus FOCUS! This is the most important part of my prep. LETS GO! 4mon
