ieatblog Spicy chicken sliders from the Railway Hotel in Castlemaine. They were good. I really liked the salad component of the sliders. Completed the chicken. The salad said "chicken, you're looking really hot today". The chicken then said "you're rather spicy yourself". #badjokes #ieatblog 11h

  •   lepetityume Yes I did, twice actually. I instantly thought about you when I went there, I thought that you would be there haha. It's really huge with lots of amazing stands and stalls (so many pastries, gelato and snacks to sample - you will get stomachache if you were like me :P). There are some exceptional chefs, demo and competition too. Tomorrow is the last day. Next year it will be Sydney and WA's turn. Melbourne will be back in 2016. Are you planning to go to Cake bake sweet show or Royal Melbourne show? 1d

ieatblog The duck ramen from Satsuki is so good. For $14 you get a massive bowl of beautiful soup with al dente ramen, tender flavoursome duck and an absolutely perfect egg marinated in soy and mirin. You know how much I love eggs and this one is better than any I've ever cooked. I highly recommend you try all the ramen at Satsuki. #ieatblog 2d

ieatblog Seeing the little suckling piggy @angieeatsncooks posted reminded me of my own amazing suckling pig dish I had at the Railway Hotel in Castlemaine. The pork belly was melt in your mouth delicious, paired with a cider poached apple (that I really loved), bacon sauerkraut (loved again) and some grilled pork loin (I wouldn't mind if it wasn't there). @donbrm #ieatblog 3d
