ieatblog Happy Australia Day everyone. To celebrate our national day, I decided to break my baking drought and attempt lamingtons. I wanted to capture my Australian and Asian sides so came up with a Pandan Kaya Lamington. It's my first time making lamingtons and I couldn't be happier how these turned out. They look great, and the colour was green and gold as I wanted. The sponge is ok as I've yet to master sponges. The flavour is amazing and overall I loved it. ieatblog Soy braised pork belly, meatballs and eggs turned into mini burgers, sort of. They're not the prettiest but believe me when I tell you they're delicious. The pork belly was melt in your mouth and I loved the egg. The meatballs were a bit grainy. Probably needs more fat in them haha. #lunch #ieatblog 1d

ieatblog The best thing about social media is all the connections you make with others, whether it is just online or you end up meeting them in real life. I'm so glad to have met so many wonderful people in real life who I met via social media. Many of those people are now my good friends.
