identityundecided It's #SuperSaturday today!! Not sure what that is? Oh trust me, I'll be posting pictures later. But basically I get a whole afternoon of learning and hanging out with other bad*ss bishes (and dudes) that also took the leap of faith into coaching.
We believed we could... and we did. Many of them have since paid off debt, quit their regular 9-5 jobs, gone on trips around the globe... why not me... why not YOU?! I'll also be testing out the next program... not yet released. I'm super stoked. Can't wait to share!

identityundecided A little true life talk this early Thursday morning... Since coming home from deployment I've had a very real struggle with insomnia. I'm sure there are a million reasons why, but in the end the results are the same. I just don't sleep well.
I've finally started doing my homework and looking into natural ways to combat this issue. I'm already doing some big ones... regular exercise and solid nutrition, but now I'm implementing more strategies. The newest and most difficult one for me is to wake up at the same time. Every day. In order for that to be a consistent time I have to get up at 5 am. Yes, every single day.
So what's a girl to do with that extra time? Workout and read personal development of course! I get to knock out two big things off the bat and start my day energized and motivated. Kinda works out I guess!

So here's to the early birds who get the worm... or in my case the cup of coffee in silence before the littles wake up

I'm done letting an injury stop me. I'm doing what I can and working my booty off to get back where I was. It's. Freaking. Hard. There is no easy button on life, health, and fitness. It requires real effort and motivation to do what is needed every day.
