iamgettingfit Here is my week 1 progress of @gymeatsleeprepeat 's November challenge. Before you say it, I know my Day0 picture is no where near my progress picture as seen on my default picture. I am a human being studying medicine at my 2nd yr. It was a topsy turvy ride of medschool and working out and eating clean. I learned from my mistakes that what I thought was a "healthy snack" isn't so healthy after all. So yes, I'm trying my hardest to get back on track. Also, today is another Day 1 of working out. I haven't been able to work out last week since I was still recovering from fatigue&fever. So this result is mainly on nutrition. It wasn't a perfect week but I'll give myself 88%. I'm sorry for not being active for a long time. 2y

iamgettingfit Sorry for the lack of post. I've been recovering from German Measles. I'm quite good now in terms of fever but I still have rashes all over me. Another semester at medschool starts tomorrow! #eatrealgetstrong with @gymeatsleeprepeat starts tomorrow too!! So excited! I got lucky my mum bought all the grocery things I need since I should be resting. Back at my dorm too. Good night guys!! The next few days I will keep up with you guys. 2y

iamgettingfit I just turned 22 last Oct. 28th. I had cake, pasta, ice cream, pizz and whatnot. The next day I got sick as fuck. Rashes started to grow all over my body. Fever peaked at 40C. I am not sure though if this is because the massive cheat meal that i had. Thank God I'm all good now. 😇😇 2y
