hungryrunner Here's the #Tabata workout I did earlier this week and that I will continue to include as part of my routine for the next few weeks! It alternates between upper- and lower-body moves and then finishes off with some core work (although, most of these moves target your core in one way or another). For the section with push-ups and alternating side planks, simply switch between to the two exercises for each of the 8, 20-second rounds. And if you're confused about the directions, to start, you would do 20 seconds of plank walk-ups followed by 10 seconds of rest--do that 8 times, then rest for a minute and move on to do the same for the rest of the exercises.
