hope_beeee The difference between work and working out! Today I burned 717 calories - thanks to inspiration from @owlbolt I did an entire treadmil series on the highest incline! Hollllly molllllly I can't wait to do it again!!! Amazing workout and my Iegs were burning!!!! 3d

hope_beeee Today is day 7 of T25. I'll be honest - yesterday I only got half way through my workout before our Chinese food dinner showed up. So guess who didn't finish cardio yesterday? This girl!! hope_beeee It's been 8 1/2 months since starting my fitness journey. Let me tell you - it isn't easy. It's never been easy. I still love food and the occasional beverage. I allow myself to live freely but I'm doing it in moderation. The picture on the left was a month into working out. The picture on the right was last week. I AM GETTING THERE!! Its nice to see a difference. It's nice to know its working. So as a reminder to myself - keep it up Hope!!! 1w

In other words it was a perfect morning to stay cuddled in my warm bed but I got up and CRUSHED total body circuit. It's hard to tell but my hair was soaked with sweat. By Thursday I was ready to get back to it but I had already committed to a full week off. Sometimes you just gotta do it. Listen to your body and do what is best for YOU!
