hope_beeee I don't think I can fully explain how much I did NOT want to workout today.
I was coming up with every excuse possible but finally I was just too frustrated so I just pushed play. I bartered with myself saying that if after 5 minutes I still felt like poop and still couldn't get out of my own brain I would just call it quits and snuggle up for the night.
Well - 30 minutes later I just finished an awesome workout. I am drenched in sweat and I feel better than I felt all day!
