heathertroynak This @clinique BB cream is AMAZING. Excellent coverage, incredibly light weight, dries back completely, and has very good staying power. While it is a part of the Acne Solutions range, there are no active ingredients for acne prevention or healing. Rather, it is formulated for oily skin and so plays nice with your skin. Bonus that it has an amazing SPF 40 and dries to a demi matte finish. I bought mine @sephora so I could easily exchange but the Light Medium shade was a perfect match. 3w
  •   amybourque Hey @heathertroynak & @hera_sport not to hijack this post, but question for you: spray tan or self tanner at home? Recommendations? 3w
  •   hera_sport @amybourque that is such a great question! To me it depends on why you need the tan. Do you have an event or do you just want a little 'glow' all over? If I just wanted a little less paleness I'd do a self tanner. I have to admit though that I am not adept at putting on self tanner correctly. I make a mess on myself. 🏻 Probably @heathertroynak is a master and could do it in her sleep! I l️ a good spray tan but they aren't easy to find. If you have an event you should def make the trip to @naturalglowboston in the North End. I've been going there for a few years and they are TOPS! Great color, great application. You must have both. And Sarah is amazing. Hope this helps! 3w
  •   heathertroynak @hera_sport I actually haven't self tanned since I left Boston! I think I would make a fair wreck of it if I tried now...@amybourque I have always, always, and forever recommended the Clarins self tanner because I grew up with it and because it's regularly given top shelf status by beauty insiders. Good ingredients, natural color, emollient. I have heard wonderful things about St. Tropez self tanner, which you can find at @sephora (and Ulta? Not sure). Provided you exfoliate and moisturize well, you would have a good chance at success with it. It's a foam and is applied with a soft mitt. I've heard it gives a beautiful non-oompa loompa color and is less offensive smelling than most self tanners. Exfoliate, moisturize, that's the key! And yes, the @clinique 7 day scrub is really good! Can't live without it! 3w

heathertroynak I don't force a child who can't/won't sleep or has woken up well before the others to lie on a mat feeling restless and bored. Why not offer some choices of works that are easily worked "mat side"? One child worked on this #beleduc seasons puzzle while another has a small piece of felt and a basket of glass pebbles to creatively arrange. Often, this quiet moment renders beautiful work and I can eat some lunch with a beautiful view 5mon

heathertroynak Flower arrangements created by two and three year olds. Their artistic and creative "eye" has developed measurably since the beginning of the year. Aren't they lovely? The children sat in small groups, some moving on some staying the whole time, trimming the stems, pouring the water, arranging, helping each other with the scissors, for an hour turning a simple bunch of blooms into lovely expressions of beauty. Can you tell I am proud of them?! 5mon
