Lean turkey patties , seasoned and BBQ grilled over medium fire . 1 slice of 2% swiss cheese and 1 whole egg medium done. romaine lettuce , tomatoes and red onion rings .   •   p0di Nice! I made turkey burgers last nite too. I made a thin patty then put on chopped red bell pepper & red onion with a bit of shredded part skim low fat shredded mozzarella then put another thin patty on top & squeeze the edges to make 1 patty. Seasoned the turkey meat with mrs dash, kosher salt & pepper. Served on a while wheat bun too. Good stuff! 2y

healthylifestylemovement #healthylifestylemovement Pulled chicken breast & baked sweet potatoes drizzled w/ homemade strawberry purée & extra virgin olive oil I call it the "Sweet hearty's chicken " guys really easy dish to make, for a candle light dinner w/ her exotic flavor & healthy Recipe: about 200g of baked sweet potatoes , boil chicken till able to pull and shred. Mix shredded chicken (season in in bowl )with finely chopped parsley, basil, garlic, scallions, and romaine lettuce, 1/2 tbs of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Slice a bed of baked sweet potatoes & a spoon full of chicken mix on top. Boil/steam 2-3 strawberry and blend or mesh for purée , add water to liquidfy ( add honey for more sweet I liked) drizzle strawberry purée and extra virgin olive oil on plate, top with fatfree cottage cheese or Greek yogurt and a touch or fresh ground pepper #healthyfood#foodporn#healthy#health#eatclean#cleaneat#diet#dietfood#recipe#gourmet#food#foodprep#mealprep#gym#workout#fitspo#bodybuilding#art#weightloss 2y

Easy and tasty gourmet breakfast banana and cinnamon french toast take 1/2 cup of 2% milk or almond milk , 2 whole eggs or 1 whole egg & 2 Serv. of egg whites, whisk together in a bowl till eggs and milk are loved together. Pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon . 2 slices of your favorite whole grain bread or whole wheat bread , dip bread in the bowl & let it soak if you like . Then get half a medium size banana and mesh in a separate bowl .
