To create-
• Set oven to 350*
In a large bowl add: • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder • 2/3c defatted peanut butter powder
• 1/2c oat flour • 1/2c oats
• 2 mashed bananas • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder •1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Whisk until combined and add 1/3-3/4c milk or milk substitute to reach a batter consistency of cake batter.
Pour mixture into a greased 8x8 baking pan (I used coconut oil spray)
Bake for about 12 minutes, or until the center is cooked throughly. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy! These can be frozen and stored as well.

healthyfood Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal with Cardamon honey milk~ Begin by boiling water and add 1/2c (or desired amount) of dry oatmeal. When it has only a few minutes left, add 1/2-1 diced apple (I used fuji), 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of stevia, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract. When all the water is absorbed, set aside.
Add 1/3c of non-fat milk (any variety) to a pan and 1 teaspoon of Cardamon seeds. Simmer on low. Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Top oatmeal with Cardamon milk for a cozy variation of the classic breakfast.

healthyfood Strawberry Shortcake This recipe is a staple for the summer and this recipe is guilt-free!
Recipe:
Mix in a mixing bowl-
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4c oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of salt
1 egg
A dash of non fat milk or non dairy milk until consistency is found.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325 degrees.
Let cool then top with strawberries and Greek yogurt mixed with stevia and vanilla extract.
Enjoy!

healthyfood Coconut Dark Chocolate Chip Protein Donuts! They really do taste as good as they look! Since they are made with protein powder and oat flour, the consistency is a little off. I am working on refining the recipe to make sure they are the best they can be.
Recipe:
In a mixing bowl add- •1 cup oat flour (ground oats)
•1 egg
1 egg white
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
½ cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
½ cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp stevia

Pour into greased donut tray and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool, remove and top with glaze.
Glaze:
Melt dark chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second intervals or stove top and add coconut oil to make the chocolate thinner.
Dip donuts and add unsweetened coconut flakes to the top!
Enjoy!

healthyfood Peach & Blueberry Crumble~ healthified! Generally crumbles are full of extra butter and sugar, but in this recipe the FRUIT is the star. This recipe is filled with summer fruit and is just like your classic comfort food recipe.
The recipe is approximates based on how much you want to make.
Boil water and add 6-8 peaches for about 30 seconds so the skins peels off easily (if desired). Immerse in cold water. Chip peaches into chunks and place in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 1/4c oat flour, 1/4-1/2c stevia, and 1c blueberries. Toss and set aside.
Crumble:
In a mixer, add:
1c oat flour
1/2c oats
1/3c stevia
1/3 c brown sugar ( tried with and without, and having brown sugar really makes it taste better and hold texture)
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4c coconut oil ( softened)
Mix until it is crumbly, if too dry add more coconut oil and if too soft add more oats. Sounds come together to form a dough when pressed.
In individual pans or a large one, form a layer on the bottom, layer with fruit, then crumble on top as well.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
