  •   samandshan I lived in Arizona for 10 years, and I still cannot handle tarantulas. I have had them in my house. Like inside. My actual house. So so so gross. I have seen more wild tarantulas in my lifetime than I ever care to talk about, and yet every time I see one I still freak out. Why anyone would want one as a pet is beyond me. 2w

  •   samandshan My entire life is mushrooms as well. Perfectly put. Brussels sprouts chips are perfect for those outer leaves that you pull off when you're prepping the sprouts. You make them just like kale chips. Mushroom chips require very dry and thinly sliced mushrooms. Brush with ghee, salt, then bake at 300 for 45min to an hour on a parchment lined baking sheet. They won't crisp out of the oven, so don't take them out until they're no longer soft at all. They're like shrinky dinks though, so a huge batch will only make like a serving size. 4w

  •   samandshan No prob. I recommend starting with a large mushroom like king oyster or portobello caps. Small mushrooms reduce to practically nothing. You'll have to tell me how you like them! 4w
