Not only did I get to hang out with @trailrunnerguy @etcmptn @jazzedupjazzy @mvdunham5 @ultragrl @gypsyff Ben Todd and Hailey for the Grand Canyon, I then got to go hang with one of my favorite couples of all time:: @trisilk and @ribbitrunner. happytrigirl In the depths of the Grand Canyon, I discovered much more than just the beautiful surroundings. I discovered that my ironman heart was stronger than ever. I was able to push myself further than I've ever gone before.   •   happytrigirl @pottsylady have so much fun April! The water will probably be turned off at the north rim by that time, so make sure you have plenty of fluids!! I went through so much water with electrolytes. Dial in your nutrition plan and fuel regularly. I did every 1/2 hour. We started early and made a day of it. Don't go out hard. Those downhills can mash your quads. Take all the pictures and know that even when the uphill is hurting -- you will finish!! 1w
