hanna_swe Core prep and support for my arms. My right arm (deltoid) is sore after so many handstands, so I'm honoring my body and working up my core strength and keeping my arms supported with a band to help. Staying away from kicking up today and instead working off of natures substitute for a 'wall' and finding the balance. 7d
