  •   xrylx 35 mins eliptical,40leg press with a weight of 40, two sets of 20 each leg(butt/leglift machine)with a weight of 20,4 mins ab cruncher machine with weight of 55, lift 9 pound each arm for 10 mins, flutterkicks/biking circles, and ninja lifts on the mat for abs/upper leg/butt workout. I do this routine everyday. 2y
