guvnor_co Derelict Orchard, Kettering. 2d
  •   fiddleandspoon I used to live on that orchard ;D! 2d
  •   guvnor_co @fiddleandspoon no way! I only saw these crates and an old shed. Where was your property? 2d
  •   fiddleandspoon @guvnor_co Down the road on that corner (Whittons Rd)! If you stand on your tiptoes in the orchard there you can see a white weatherboard house backing onto it a few acres away; that was us for a bit! 2d
  •   guvnor_co @fiddleandspoon small world. I'll be down that way tomorrow again so I'll check it out. Quite the amazing area, you were spoilt indeed :) 2d
  •   justinwheatleyart Cool! 2d

guvnor_co Titan Arum (Corpse Flower). Feel very fortunate to have witnessed the blooming of this magnificence carnivorous flower. This specimen, originally collect by Sir David Attenborough & team, took 10 years to cultivate and grew to the enormous height of 2.6 metres in just two weeks. It blooms once every 7-10 years and only for several days. Nature is truly amazing! Thanks @stephanie_somebody & @bethemily for the tip-off. X 1mon

guvnor_co Nothing more energising than honest words from fine folk. Great to finally meet Tim and Matt of Sons & Co. (Little nod to the web savvy here). 2mon
  •   catherine_peacock Really wishing I was in Melbourne for that one! From the comments coming out of Syd and Melb, it sounded like an excellent talk. 2mon
  •   wadejeffree Damn. That would have been sick! 2mon
  •   guvnor_co @catherine_peacock was really great to listen to their approach to business and the transparency was very refreshing. Would have been great to have you there :) 2mon
  •   guvnor_co @wadejeffree A very insightful and down to earth talk. Had the pleasure of chatting with Tim & Matt after over a couple of drinks after. Seems the universe has transpired to let me meet four like-minded wanderers in the space of a month! :D 2mon
  •   wadejeffree That's great man! 2mon
  •   catherine_peacock Sounding better by the minute! Here's hoping AGDA releases a pay-to-view recording for members interstate. Thanks @guvnor_co :) 2mon

guvnor_co Hunting for tonight's feast. 4mon
  •   camiliontary Wow..my favorite 4mon
  •   guvnor_co @moonbowrat there's no pride here. This is my part of my rural upbringing, which I've returned to for some rest away from life in the city. I document moments important to me and this was a highly emotional one. Choose to interpret it as you will. 4mon
  •   guvnor_co @lesliestelly sounds lovely! It's a breathe of fresh air when you know where your meat comes from. Makes the feast all the more delicious for the knowing. 4mon
  •   moonbowrat I can understand that. No hard feelings. I didn't mean to judge you. 4mon
  •   guvnor_co @moonbowrat it's ok and I@can understand your anger. I'm completely opposed to hunting for 'sport' and the mentality that comes with it. If this was a shot for sports sake, I'd be team rabbit too. 4mon
  •   japh I love this image. Sustainable, holistic sourcing of food in a down to earth way. No better way to eat meat, surely. 4mon
  •   moonbowrat 4mon
  •   mrrandonneur I live on the coast and find that fishing for the table or potting a pigeon or rabbit with my air gun for a meal is fine and dandy and very sustainable.......when the zombie virus outbreak arrives we will all have to live like this! 3mon
