However, they said they will make good on my August box sending a replacement this week and that the September boxes have not shipped yet.. Which is odd because my neighbor received hers.. I dealt with a Vincent.. He said so sorry about not responding but they never received my complaints.. Well obviously they did since he finally replied! Again many other Box companies out there.. Considering how last month I got blue nail polish (I won't let my upset for that go) I want to make sure I'm not extremely pissed off this month with the lip tars. Getting a pretty pink decked out box is not what it's all about. I also purchased a yearly for a friend celebrating a birthday.
