glitter_n_glue Okay so here's how to get flexible (I guess ) •First your going to want to get warmed up which just means to run around or jog so you don't pull a muscle • Next your going to want to start with the hurtles stretch and you'll do this for around 2 minutes in each leg • Rest for a little bit because your legs will probably be hurting • Repeat 2-3 times daily • TIPS • ~Do this daily ~. ~you can also do this with other stretches~ 2w
