glasswhale Earthtone9 - Arc Tan Gent CD.

Their most commercially successful album, this borrowed more from post hardcore and art metal than previous releases and opening track Tat Twam Asi is a firm fan favourite.

glasswhale Earthtone9 - Lo Definition Discord CD.

The coolest nu metal band there was in the uk, combining a love for Tool with slight hints of Neurosis as well, they should have been huge but were massively underrated much to the agreement of anyone who has ever listened to them

glasswhale Had a mega shit day at work and in general today, then I come back to these bargain beauties in the mail. I've been hunting for that Neurosis CD at a decent price for years and I got it for £1! That Mondo Generator came included as well which I ain't complaining about! 7d

glasswhale The Dillinger Escape Plan - Self Titled digipak CD.

The 2012 reissue version, since I lost my original cd somehow. After hearing Monticello and seeing them live back in '02, I had to grab this as soon as I could back then, luckily my local record store had a couple of their releases at the time and I lost myself in the madness of their music, although rarely spun these days it still holds a lot of memories for me.

glasswhale Strapping Young Lad - Alien CD.

Although a more mainstream record it's still awesome, Seeing them play Tracks from this at Download '06 was a real highlight and showed how strong it was in their discography.

glasswhale Alyssa never wants to draw on her table, always around the records and CDs. Hopefully that's a good sign. 1w
  •   meganborman22 Stellar choice of colouring books too. 🏻 1w
  •   glasswhale @meganborman22 gotta make sure she grows up with good taste 🤘🏻 1w
  •   glasswhale @moonwatcher78 I grew on up on 80's synthpop, new wave and early 90's dance with the odd bit of 60/70's Motown and RnB thrown in. My dad took an interest in grunge around that time and that opened up the doors. She'll listen to anything now because my music collection is varied so I totally feel you on that 1w
  •   beneskrett It's a sign alright. When your backs turned she's gonna draw on them!!! 1w

glasswhale Strapping Young Lad - Strapping Young Lad CD.

After a long day of being out in the sun with my daughter it's time to settle down with not so soothing sounds of SYL. I'm going to say this is probably the most horrible record they put out and Aftermath is probably one of my all time favourite tracks.

glasswhale Fallujah - Dreamless CD.

This finally turned up today and I'm super stoked to have it in my collection! This is my album of the year already which may be pretty biased since they're one of my favourite bands, the atmosphere and beauty in between the harsh tech death has progressed so much since The Flesh Prevails which has cemented this as a genre classic for me at least.

glasswhale Doomriders - Black Thunder CD.

The heaviest party jams you'll ever hear, one of the most fun records ever and one of the best nods towards Thin Lizzy. Ride Or Die pretty much cements everything that's great about this album in one song with its massive, galloping riffs.

glasswhale All my plans have gone out the window today, so I'm going to crack on with some origami as it's been ages since I've last had any materials and it makes a change from my normal routine. 3w

glasswhale The Smashing Pumpkins - Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness x2 CD.

I've been reminiscing recently about watching all of this records single videos on the chart show when I was a kid, they full fascinated me and I didn't really understand them but if they didn't exist I wouldn't be who I am today.
