ghitae Staples in my grocery trips to fuel for my @shedfat60 Challenge. -WILD caught fish. I don't eat farm raised and am against buying it. Just read about it then you'll stop eating it too. -greek yogurt, this is the only brand that isn't bitter and soury. -egg whites, I also eat whole eggs. I have 2-3 whole eggs a day so don't think egg yolks are bad for you, they are SO nutrient dense. -sweet potatoes, love these as a carb source!! -rice cakes. -gallon of water. 21h
