  •   gcmarquezjr @av_entertainment haha yeah man, the only cardio I do is with my speed rope or the stair master. I mostly stick to sprints and squat-thrusts. Most of my training is based around agility and explosiveness. I don't care much for body building, I prefer power lifting type exercises. 13h

gcmarquezjr While the rest of the world slept in to enjoy their 3 day weekend, my boy Bryce and I were #upearlytotrain. Knocked out some serious #chest workouts with some #resistancetraining and also did some #strengthandconditioning. When #training, it is important to step OUTSIDE of your comfort zone and give yourself a #bodyshock every now and then to let your muscles grow and get new results. gcmarquezjr #TBT. Summer of 2012. Left picture: I was 155lbs & over 20% body fat. Right picture: 1 month later, I dropped down to 145lbs after doing the first month of #INSANITY. I became a #cardio junkie, doing rounds of #speedrope every day and running 5 miles every other day. gcmarquezjr #LateNight post: been taking my #mealprep a lot more seriously lately and I've never felt better (although, now that I'm eating MORE, I'm using the bathroom MORE too lol.) Here are my go-to meals: baked #chicken with #rice and steamed #spinach. A balanced meal of #protein and both simple and complex #carbs. #Popeye is known for eating spinach and now I know why he has such huge forearms: spinach helps the body synthesize/absorb protein.
