foxslane The queen of the castle!
This is the main building on the farm we're staying on. Our apartment is a few minutes walk away, but as the main building is the only place you can get wifi, we're getting pretty familiar with those stone steps. x

foxslane I've been thinking about the memories they'll take home from this trip. While we're living it everything is so big and vivid and important, but as time passes and the colours fade what will be left? The crazy long queue for The Louvre, the first limonana in Tel Aviv, the constant packing and unpacking, the fabulous flowers in London, Nutella crepes, stinky toilets, vintage shopping, wool shopping, spoonfest, painting, walking, eating....time will tell. x 2w
  •   oldnewvintageandblue Such amazing memories ... And pics 2w
  •   kidd1424 I still remember the nutella crepes 15 years later! And lots of scenes like those you list above. But also snatches, like a window frame in a bedroom, a painting in a cafe, and smells, light, feel of the air. Memory is a magical and mysterious thing. 2w
  •   monalisamargaretha @anniepickle awesome photos! 2w
  •   hjgroom They wont ever forget :)) 2w
  •   sew_caravan I have loved your photos so much as it's brought back memories of our own trip with our kids, haha, will always remember nutella crepes and stinky loos!!! 2w
  •   misskitty11111 @gds0889 that all sounds lovely 2w
  •   13acres I agree...so much stimulation overload, but kids have such incredible memories. We took them overseas in 2011 and they still talk about it! I do plan to make a photo book...to help us seniors in the memory department 2w
  •   claudiavdbroek You will never forget this trip, good and bad memories, especially the good. 6d

  •   chrryblossomta2 Oh crikey! I love those second hand book stalls. Plus you can get the boat along the Seine to the Effeil tower there :) 2w
  •   13acres It is, just freezing 2w
  •   sherylcollier Gosh! We walked along the same road and looked at the same stalls. This photo brings back wonderful memories for me. We arrived just as the Sunday service was about to start and all the priests walked in a long line into the cathedral. Such a wonderful place x 2w
  •   donnastannardcamp Love the memories this brings back! We bought a painting at one of those stalls. 2w
  •   iamnatashakelly Aaaahhhhh, I miss Paris! 2w
