foodrepublic @foodrepublic thank you for letting me takeover and share my food journey from London-St Tropez. It's been so fun! This is in St Tropez's old town where there is a little hidden beach, perfect for watching the sunset while eating a tartelette aux pommes with cinnamon and vanilla. Brigitte Bardot once said that this is the most romantic spot and I think she might be right. Look out for these pastel colours and you'll find it. foodrepublic Langoustines ready for La Bouillabaisse or to be grilled. I love these lil'baby lobsters, so delicate and tastsy! La Bouillabaisse is the famous fish stew which is from this area and always contains about 5 different seafood in a saffron, tomato sauce. Often used are mussels, prawns, clams, monkfish and one that is quite hard to find anywhere but here; rascasse aka scorpion fish. #FRTakeover by @antoninaparker 4d

foodrepublic It's a busy day filming with @tastemade team for their new series. I am standing in as their St Tropez expert and showing them the 'real' St Tropez. We have just spent an hour at the fish market which is an archway surrounded by stunning mosaic tiles and filled to the brim with mussels, clams, squid, langoustine, sea bream, sea bass and whole tunafish weighing over 50kg. #FRTakeover @antoninaparker 4d
