foodisourfriend My favorite way to quickly gain some energy is to add chia seeds to my water bottle, smoothies, and dranks. #Chia seeds are rich in proteins, omega fatty acids and the Aztecs even ate them for all day strength. This is also how I prevent and cure any hangover from drinking. All you ever need is just a pinch (or half a teaspoon) of seeds. Screw making that pudding- it requires way too much seeds- you're wasting the product and who ever said crunchy pudding was good? #foodisourfriend #seeds 1w
