fittt If you haven't tried a stuffed Capsicum for dinner you are missing out in life easy way too get your veggies in (onion, green capsicum, zucchini, corn and brocolli hidden in there) with some lean mince, brown rice, quinoa, a little bolognese sauce and some herbs and spices. So yummy I have to tell you I underestimated #kaylaitsines #bbg. My legs are still sore from Monday Dinner and a long stretch session in store for tonight 😴 4mon

fittt Poached eggs on toast for breaky I've decided too give the #kaylaitsines bikini body guide a go. Due to injuries I have been unable to train regularly (heavy weight training) for the last 4 or so months and have lost a lot of fitness and strength I already follow some of the #bbg community and the food and motivition posts are amazing so I'm going to commit to the first guide for 12 weeks among doing other training. Any followers of mine also part of #bbg? Wish me luck 4mon
