fittt Bliss balls I made a small batch of these tasty bliss balls too have with a cup of green tea This recipe made 4 bliss balls but I also ate some of the mixture so it might make a couple more. Rough measurements are about 8 medjool dates soaked in water, 1/2 cup hazelnut meal, 1 tbsp of cacao powder and 1tbsp of melted coconut oil chucked in the blender. If you need more liquid use the excess water from soaked dates. Roll in coconut. You can pretty much use this as a base and add anything more eg. nuts, dried fruit, protein powder. Yum 3w
