fitmotivation Actually such a GREAT metaphor for what happens when you try to do everything at once! We become disorientated and the goal gets unclear.
There is no point thinking about every single thing ALL the time. Write it down in your calendar, let go and focus on what you can do NOW. And do it 100%. Do it for the feeling of when things get DONE . It's the best! + Your brain literally can't focus on more than two things at the very exact time.
It's the same for an exercise plan. We can't aspire to become marathon runners AND yoga experts AND still workout in the gym.
Think about what your goal really is, then bring your current conditions in the picture, is your goal reasonable? A good goal is exciting, a bit scary but also completely manageable! All of this is hard and takes practice, but every step closer is making you more efficient in a not stressful way, sounds brilliant, right?

fitmotivation Many people are blessed with beautiful bodies they’re comfortable in, they seem to be able to eat whatever they want – nothing happens and they don’t think much about it.
”Why are all my friend so good looking and not me?” – well YOU are much more beautiful than you think. BUT we all also have different genes. I could never eat loads of ice cream and crap food without putting on weight and I struggled A LOT growing up to find what worked for me. And I’ve chosen to see this as a BLESSING. Health has become my true passion and I’ve simply fallen in love with ”feeling great – ALL the time”! Because isn’t it true that people that care nothing about their food intake often complains about feeling tired?
So yes fine, maybe you did have to learn sooo much more about nutrition than all your friends, therefor eat a lot healthier and sweat more often at the gym – but that isn’t a punishment. YOU are living a healthier life right now. YOU are investing in YOUR health! Have you ever looked back at a period when you were very healthy and regretted it? I don’t think so ;) Eat great – do great – FEEL great!
