She said: "As a woman who loves Disney and has dealt with body image issues, it has been something I've always wanted to comment on, particularly after seeing 'Frozen,'" I'm not here to criticize. Disney is amazing in so many ways but I think these images put things in a strong perspective.

fitmotivation Studies show that looks, IQ, wealth... nothing of that matters when it comes to reaching true success.
What matters in the end is the work and effort you put in DAY IN and DAY OUT in order to reach that goal or dream that is important to YOU. This is also called GRIT.

When we take 100% responsibility for our own lives we leave the past behind, we don't compare our situation to more fortunate people. We can't control everything that happens in our lives but we can decide what we need to accept, would like to change, or fully embrace. When we take 100% responsibility we get full creative power! What kind of life do you want to live? It's time to start working for it! Every. Single. Day.

Our dreams guides, motivates and push us to do our best. No matter how many obstacles you face or how many setbacks, your dream remains steady. When we doubt we can always find courage and faith in that vision. When we feel how much it matters to us - we KNOW it is worth fighting for!

fitmotivation It's great to fight for your dreams and push yourself to your limits - as long as you do it for the right reason!...
This is a picture of me when I was travelling in Australia last year. I tried to eat as healthy as I could - as a backpacker But I did not workout much. Why? Well, normally I love to constantly challenge myself and set new goals both physically and mentally. But during my travelling I decided to try something completely new: to LET GO .
If you're like me, with your head always thinking about the next step, try to take a moment to just appreciate all that you have.
Sometimes we get so caught up that we forget what matters most. Like our HEALTH.
It is hard to be healthy if we obsess about it.
Counting calories is something I did many years ago when I didn't know better. I would say counting calories and obsessing about weight goes hand in hand, sadly. LETTING GO has a great healing power and in this picture I knew that a number on a scale did not define me. When we do things for the right reason, like making healthy choices because it feels good - the results often take care of themselves. I am HAPPY! I hope you are too!

Before I decided to transform my body & most importantly my quality of life, I was very much living the same day on repeat, I was working a 40hr week as a hairdresser, setting no goals & leading a very unhealthy lifestyle not really heading anywhere anytime soon.
I was always scared to venture outside of the bubble I had created, I lacked belief & knowledge of my own potential.
I was quite intimidated of the gym and I believed that lifting weights would make me "bulky".
I made the choice to learn & transform my whole world and to hopefully inspire others to let go of those limiting beliefs we all seem to hold onto.
I set a goal to compete as an INBA fitness model, become a Personal trainer, and further my knowledge in nutrition, little did I know that I had found my passion I am living my dream every single day & always setting new goals that scare me.. I know now that learning something new and breaking those comfort zones everyday is the only way we evolve

fitmotivation We know that there is a difference between Positive stress & Negative stress. The Positive makes us productive, focused and enables us to be in a FLOW, which is optimal! - but stress can only be good for you as long as it is in good amounts. If it gets too much it doesn't matter if it is positive or negative - it will still stress you out! . What we can do is to be aware of when our lives starts to FEEL like a STRUGGLE️.️ If you feel that you're struggling then you need to stop right now! NO efficient job will be made with this mindset anyway. Flow and struggle️ are opposites. Where are you? What do YOU need to find your balance

MY task will be to set a limit for how much I work, LET GO of worries and start prioritate resting and allowing myself to do more of the things I simply ENJOY NOTE: Food is addictive for some people. If you know comfort food is a trigger food for you, please stay strong and know that it is much more self-loving and easeier to simply stay away from that️ No need to awake any sugar-monster

fitmotivation I've found myself worrying a lot lately... and it hasn't helped me a tiny bit. Worrying truly is a misuse of energy and you end up feeling drained. So what do we do when we are aware of repetitive thoughts in our heads that doesn't seem to ever stop? Well we do our best to take CHARGE! Think of your mind as a tool that you can use how ever you like. It should never use You! Know that you are NOT always what you think but what you do. Meditation is one of the best things you can practice to quiet your mind from unnecessary thoughts but running, walks in nature or simlpy resting might work just as well, find what works for YOU! Beat that negative voice and become the unstoppable fighting spirit that you are! 2w

fitmotivation It's OK If things doesn't turn out as they "should have" or if your plan doesn't work. We must always look at situation with fresh eyes. - Are you pushing yourself too hard? Or - Was your plan not very thought through to begin with ?
It's all a learning experience. Embrace that fact and think about how much better and wiser you've become since you started! Sometimes we need to remind ourselves how FAR we've actually come!
