  •   healthfun Cable squats are good for taking pressure off. It is still a squat though. Also donkey kicks with a kettle bell on the foot are killer!(: 1y

fitmommaof2 I love @fearfullymadefit's giveaway rules. 3 words to live by in 2015. I chose relax, simplify, and enjoy. I am a little ocd at times and I'm trying so hard to relax more! That means sit down and actually watch an entire movie without doing laundry, dishes, or something else during it. That goes along with my next two words: simplify and enjoy. I hope to focus on only what's really important and to enjoy life more. Especially my babies! Here's to a great 2015!
