  •   fitmommaof2 Ok this is so easy. Ingredients for the pie: 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust, 1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, 1 small container fat free cool whip, 1 cup skim milk. Directions: Mix the milk and pudding mix together then fold in the cool whip. Spread that in the pie crust. I made a homemade glaze which was 1.5C water, 2 TBSP cornstarch, I packet sugar free strawberry gelatin, 6TBSP stevia. Directions: Cook the water and cornstarch in saucepan until thickened. Let cool slightly then add the gelatin and stir. Pour over the strawberries and mix together. Refrigerate for about 20 min. Then pour that over the pie! I topped mine with some dark chocolate. You can also buy sugar free strawberry glaze at some grocery stores but mine didn't have it. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Let me know if you try it! 2d
