fitboynurse Just finishing my CHEST day here at home. I'm still doing Body Beast for my weights/strength workouts 3 times/week. I don't only do extreme cardio, kickboxing, & PiYo. I also love many others styles & intensities. What was your workout today? Make it GOOD & make it FUN! Find something you LOVE ~ your SOULMATE workout! Mine is Turbo Kick. Love doing it, love teaching it! 2nd favorite is Krav Maga. 3rd is PiYo. But 3rd place is gonna be competing or sharing the spot with the new CIZE workout, which I'll be teaching & loving, very SOON! fitboynurse As one of the men who inspire me - Mr. P90X himself, Tony Horton, says, "Aging is for idiots!" That guy is 56 yo! We're all aging, and we'll all eventually die, but the quality of life in our later years doesn't have to be useless, weak, fragile, sad, & unhealthy! Of corse, there are things we can't control, but we can control MOST things! Lifestyle-related diseases such as Diabetes type 2, hypertension, high cholesterol, and many others, are very preventable! I'm gonna do all in my power to prevent disease, slow aging, & delay death. Hey, I'm doing pretty well for 41, ain't I?... BAM! be HEALTHY >> be HAPPY! 3d

fitboynurse In front of my ambulance today. It's been chill so far. Hopefully it stays like that. Tomorrow I'm at the ICU. I'll always rather be on the ambulance tho. Love working critical care transport. So fun! My 2 EMTs are so good! They do most of the hard work. I wish they got paid more, cause they're worth way more!! BAM! be HEALTHY >> be HAPPY! 2w

It's now 7:30 & I gotta get up & do a few things before heading out & being on the ambulance all day. Doing critical care transport today, which I LOVE, but O MY GOD!!!
