fitboynurse Today, especially, there's something I agreed to do for the FIRST time! It's kinda got me nervous & scared, but I CAN DO THIS!! I've learned to take scary leaps of faith the last couple of years. And I'm taking 2 this week!! One today, & one tomorrow!! 😬😬😬 ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

fitboynurse Focus T25 ~ 25 min per day, 5 days per week for 10 weeks. DJ on the top right did it. Casey on the bottom left took a little more than 10 weeks, but he did it! I, in the lower right, did it! I didn't want to lose weight, but it definitely gave me strength, agility, endurance, & ABS! ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

fitboynurse I've said this before. Focus on eating the best FOODS, drinking lots of WATER, & EXERCISING regularly. The rest will come. It's inevitable! BAM! be HEALTHY >> be HAPPY! 2w
  •   fitboynurse It depends bro - what's your muscle goal? Usually it should take about 2 weeks of regular consistent work to see any visible muscle growth. Also depends on your age, level of fitness, water intake, and intensity of your workout. @akeyy_zz 2w

  •   fitboynurse If you're younger, it's easier to show muscles. The older you become, the harder it is, because our metabolism slows down. When you're a teen and early 20s, if you're "thin" your muscles almost automatically show up. But then again, as you age, you can build better quality/larger muscles cause you'll have more testosterone going around. But it all depends bro. Be committed, regular, eat well, drink lots of water, and you'll build good muscle, and look great! @akeyy_zz 2w
