Smoked Paprika
Cilantro
Cooked in a Grill Pan
Topped with a little cheese

Recipe serves 1
So Simple!
For the sauce:
Mix:
1/4 cup No salt added tomato sauce
1/4 Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Thinly slice 1 large zucchini with a vegetable peeler
Mix:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Place about 1 tablespoon of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a bread pan
Lay the thinly sliced zucchini strip 3-4 at a time
Place about 1 tablespoon of the cottage cheese in the middle
Roll it up and lay it on top of the sauce
Repeat until you fill your baking dish
Pour the rest of the sauce on top.
Over with aluminum foil and bake 375f for 20 minutes
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese on top, turn your oven on broil, and broil your manicotti for 3-5 minutes .

It was VERY expensive but I thought it was better because it was kept cold, and the strains are more active...but after more research I found out In general, microbes survive better at lower temperatures. However, technologies for keeping probiotics alive at room temperature have been developed by product manufacturers. Choose products from reputable companies.
That being said I went back to do more research, and found that this brand "Garden Of Life" had GREAT reviews over all, and even better then the brand "Natren" which was double in price!

fitalicious_me Banana Peanut Butter Muffins
5 ingredients
Egg Free, Grain Free
1 banana
1/2 cup any nut or seed butter you wish
1 tablespoon flax meal mixed with 3 tablespoons water, OR 1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix everything together
Pour into mini or regular muffin pan, bake 400f 8 Min
I topped mine with stevia sweetened chocolate chips from @lilys_sweets_chocolate

fitalicious_me Potatoes Au Gratin
So Simple
Here is my what you need:
5 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 6 potatoes)
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste (optional)
In a blender, purée the cottage cheese until smooth, add the grated Parmesan cheese and pepper, mix it into the potatoes
Place in a baking pan, cover, and bake in a 375f oven for 45 minutes.
Set your oven on broil, and cook for another 5-6 min or until the top starts to crisp up and become golden
ENJOY!

fitalicious_me What do you day dream about??? I dream about recipes, and new creations, literally all day, everydayI want to create, make & share my recipes..I make lots of things I actually never share because I think you guys get sick of all my food creations
ANYWHO.....
I placed Raspberries, blueberries, and raw cashew pieces in a silicone ice tray
Mixed Coconut oil, and @vitacost Earth Balance Protein powder to create this delicious choice sauce, which I poured on top of the berries, and froze!

fitalicious_me Protein+ Peach Cobbler Frozen Yogurt
Another @questnutrition inspired recipe
Take a Vanilla Almond Crunch @questnutrition bar, place it in your microwave for 8 seconds, and flatten it out as much as you can on a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper
Place in a 350f oven for 8 min, let cool, break or cut into small pieces
In your blender place:
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
40-50 drops stevia or any sweetener you wish, taste as you go
1 cup frozen peaches
3/4 cup water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
BLEND UNTIL VERY SMOOTH
Place the mixture into your ice cream maker
After the ice cream forms add 1 cup chopped peaches, and the broken @questnutrition bar pieces.
ENJOY!

fitalicious_me #WOD-Workout of the Day- LEG
Today I DESTROYED my legs
I did 5 sets of 6 different leg workouts 12-15 per set
And 10 sets of the walking lunges I worked these into my circuit
One set of lunges was all the way till the wall and back, not sure how many I did but I would say maybe 1000
Now it's YOUR turn! I want YOU to get OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE and do a challenging leg workout, take a pic or video and tag me READY...SET....GO
