fatfree_fitness 09/18/2014 ..I continue to use the techniques and lessons learned from previous years & the abundance of new fitness information and research to help me develop more and help others. I've learned from people that have achieved their dream-body and have maintained it for many years while I witness others that hop on the latest trend and then soon after lose everything when their motivation or money runs dry. fatfree_fitness One of my favorite exercises to hit upper chest, incline flyes. Great way to create that seperation on your upper chest between the right and the left pec. You start this exercise with your arms angled slightly away from your thighs and then you raise your arms in the shape of a pyramid, making your hands meet at the top. It's extremely important to keep your elbows in a fixed position throughout the movement otherwise your taking the tension away from your pectoral muscles and making the exercise useless. Your also slightly working your front delts with this exercise. You can use dumbbells or cables for this. Try it out, this is one of my favorites and it'll give you a reason to wear V-necks more often! #fatfreeTips #exercises #cleavage 12mon

fatfree_fitness I'm back on instagram, more good fitness info coming.. I've learned a couple of things over the past couple months that's helped me improve and develop my body even further that's why I took a break from posting new workout tips because I wanted to go thru a trial-and-error process so everything I post I can say I've down and it works. Currently, I'm at my best level of fitness that I've ever been due to a few tweaks I've made in my training.. I'll share that over time. Like they say, "good things come to those who wait." fatfree_fitness It's #ValentinesDay, and I don't know which girl I should take to the gym.. #C4 or #Jack3d? They both give me a good pump and we spend hours together before I get worn out. One lasts a little longer than the other and brings more energy to the relationship. The other one sometimes I don't feel her, she just doesn't hit the spot and turn me on like the other and are hours spent together feel like a waste..
