yum_sequoia Seriously, who wakes up earlier these days to prepare their lunch box??....Well, ok I do. But only because it takes less time then going to a coffee shop or supermarket and it's D-licious and so much more nutritious. Bonus, you know exactly what's in it and put a bit more of the stuff you love. Totally worth it. What's in mine today? Wild Alaskan salmon cooked on delicious coconut oil with a drizzle of Tamari sauce and chilli flakes...on a bed of organic steamed sprouting broccoli, fresh red pepper and sprinkled with sunflower seeds...touch of lemon juice and pumpkin seed oil over veggies and you're ready to experience heaven. 7mon

  •   yum_sequoia Hey @mulvor! Of course! It's super quick and easy to make. It's basically just bananas and eggs (ratio 2 eggs for every ripe medium size banana). 10mon
  •   yum_sequoia Optional ~ add chia seeds or linseeds for extra fiber and cinnamon for that blood sugar balancing bonus. I sometimes add ground almonds that I have left over when I make my almond milk. If the banana is not too ripe you might want to add agave sirup or any other sweetener of choice. Enjoy! 10mon
