everydaycarry David in New York's #everydaycarry is more expansive than most, with extra #essentials kept in pouches and a daily bag. It's something that comes with being in a big city — it's hard to know how long you'll be out and what you'll need on the go. Check out the full setup in our profile link. Of all these #EDC items, the one he says not enough people carry is a handkerchief. Are you one of the few who carry a handkerchief? What do you use it for? 2w
  •   thefluffygentleman I carry two handkerchiefs. One if I need it to wipe sweat off my brow, or the rare need to blow my nose (usually I can find a napkin or tissue; handkerchiefs are for when there is no other option). The second is a clean one in case someone else needs it. I've handed it to many people that have cried, or also been sweaty. A few times to clean up a spill. I've offered it to sniffly people, but they usually have their own tissues with them and decline the offer. Very important: if you hand a handkerchief to someone, it's rude to ask for it back. Wait for it to be offered back to you, and say thank you upon receipt. Never store your own handkerchief with the clean one you keep for others, always keep them in separate pockets. 2w
